Metro did a great job project managing the whole insurance process. We just met people at home and everything was sorted. Fantastic process and really easy. Even changed our colour scheme. A lot of work was done while we weren't home which meant we kept coming home to accomplished surprises. Would definitely recommend for ease of process.

From the time we talked about our Roof being repaired with Metro Hail and being finished , they were very professional in every aspect . The teams they have doing the roof were very good at there job they did, and were very friendly. They did a before and after photo of our roof , and we were Very Happy with their work . Metro Hail were wonderful to deal with and made the entire process easy and stress free. The Scope of Works that they got approved was inclusive and when it came to the works, it wasn't an issue for them at all. We also found we had asbestos fibers in our roof which Metro Hail were able to get approved and rid our roof cavity of all asbestos fibers. Thanks again Metro Hail.

Very professional, most impressed with Lachlan's prompt reply to my initial enquiry to fix a leaking roof. We just had our Hail Damaged Roof replaced by Metro Hail, the replacement was covered by our Insurance. Metro Hail handled the job from start to finish, very good negotiation with our insurance company which enabled an upgrade to our roof to Colourbond Ultra as we are close to the ocean. In particular, I would give a big shout out to Metro Hail‘s representative Ethan who was an absolute pleasure to deal with the quality of the finished job is exceptional very good fit and finish top marks the Crew who did the job, I would highly recommend Metro Hail when it comes to roof replacement.
