A line up of people in the morning because the guy won't open the door to let people in at 5 is a bit ridiculous

I would only recommend going to this 7/11 during the day - they will have their own personal calls and won’t talk to you but still do their job. The inside smells like vomit for some reason and the smell has been lingering for months.However, if you go at night, rudest staff and experience by far at any 7/11 I’ve visited.First poor experience:After fueling up,I needed to purchase girl necessities as ALL shops were closed. The worker was on a personal phone call and refused to let me inside despite hearing my situation. I even asked if it was possible for him to just grab tampons to bring to the night pay station to purchase and he still refused.Second poor experience:Whilst fueling up, I witnessed a girl waiting in front of the store for about 10 mins with NO worker in sight.Once he appeared, the girl was asking the worker if she can get other necessities. The worker refused but then proceeded to let a truck driver inside.The lady then argued as to why he can go inside and not her and he proceeded to let her in.The doors were open so I proceeded to go inside but the man knocked on the night pay window, indicating for me to pay there.I needed to purchase medication and other stuff which I tried explaining but the man refused to let me inside despite 2 other people inside.I had gone to plenty of other 7/11 in the area and they all allowed me to go inside to purchase goods.This is the only 7/11 that is rude and have no decency whatsoever.Not worth going to this 7/11 at night, better off going to Colyton or even St Marys.

Very poor customer service… Every time I go , the staff is uttermost rude and disrespectful.

Can’t believe just how rude some of the workers are in hereI stopped in the other morning to get coffee… one machine been broken for 3 days, the one working need to queue and wait to use and is dirty… then the guy behind the counter is more interested in talking to his MATE ON THE PHONE INSTEAD OF WORRYING ABOUT HIS CUSTOMERSPICK UP TOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE

Every time I come to this store I either see a very rude person serving over the counter or I get ripped off from the actual price tag.Service need's discipline and improvementLike any other store's of seven 11 always good to me and the customers. Only this store

I go to this 7/11 quite often. Staff are always friendly and professional. Definitely one of the better 7/11’s I’ve been too

I know it's 4:45am on a Saturday mate but if you're not going to be at the desk to allow me to get fuel then why even be open. I knocked and called the store but you must be sleeping in the staff room or something.

Busy servo.Staff don't really speak to you as they are always engaged on their own personal calls so you very rarely get receipts.

Bring back Quix! The blokes that work here have a disgusting attitude, most of the time they're on their phone to their mate when serving you and dont say a word, other times they just straight out rude. Conveniently, they dont pick up that they overcharge you too until you walk back into the store. Sucks I have to give a star to write this review.
