I've been to McDonald's in outback Queensland that had next to no flies in them - Why? Because they'd all moved to this particular McDonald's in Ararat.Incredible, a definite must-see attraction in town, surely one of the most significant fly-based wonders of the world...(Look closely at the photos, those aren't smudges on your phone screen, those the billions of flies in the restaurant. And there were the ones at the FRONT of the place, imagine the kitchen....)

4 staff standing around doing nothing in the kitchen, one out the front was on the phone dealing with a complaint. Noone left to serve.. chips were hot burger was average, near cold.

Visited this store a few months back. The staff was very friendly and worked hard to make the food during a very busy time.I really appreciate their dedication to excellent service :)

I have visited this Macca's with small tour groups on numerous occasions. Service is normally only average and we have complaints regularly. People are often left crammed in the doorways waiting for food as the kiosks take up most of the floor space. There is no way anyone could still socially distance if they still wished to, cleanliness is never great. On this occasion the toilets absolutely stunk. A look a the picture attached should explain why. Cleaning is obviously not up to standard and the pic indicates that it has not been for some time.I understand that this is a busy store and that McDonald's employ young people, many of whom have no previous experience. I think that this store needs to prioritise proper training and cleaning above all else. No food provider should be allowed to operate with such a poor level of cleanliness. In a post pandemic world this is completely unacceptable - no matter how busy it gets. Enough is enough. I will not be bringing groups here anymore.

Been here twice over the weekend and was super busy both times. I think the amount of self order screens is overkill. There is barely room for people. Had issues with one screen and the other didn't print. One drive through was also blocked off

Have been to this store on a small number of occasions. Every visit staff were unfriendly and managed to get our order wrong everytime. Tables were not cleaned properly, toilets were an obsolete disgrace with no toilet paper and urine on floors. We will never return to this store, it should be shut down or the management team changed.

The lady who served us was extremely rude and disrespectful. Acted as though she was hard done by and that we were putting her out by asking for a straw that she didn’t tell us was in the back but so rudely spoke to us. Food was cold so wasn’t even worth the food

At drive through told there was no QTR pounders patties...asked for big Mac's instead,clearly used hamburger patties for our big Mac's....no onion or pickles,my frozen coke was half full,partners coffee was a weak and milky.what a rip off.discusting totally discussing.you all deserve what you f do too others.
