We had several years of personal financial and other sensitive records which we needed to destroy. From the first email to query cost, etc we found the company to be totally professional. Within a week of our first contact the lockable bin was delivered - we filled it and it was taken for secure destruction. Just over a week later we received a certificate of destruction.We have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Shred-X to anyone looking to have sensitive information securely disposed of.A special mention for Rosalie in NSW Customer Support who was very quick to respond to our queries and make arrangements for collection of our papers.
