They don’t hardly do anything except check up on you. Give you fuel cards when you ask for it and if you don’t have a job they don’t even bother helping you look for a job.

Luke at Sarina Russo has been very nice and helped me with Somali Interpreter to help me get better at looking for a job when I started. Luke has helped me to go to CEA at Rosemary street to help me learn English better so I can get a good job.

My suggestions about my job provider; IMAN has been very helpful to me, in that, She assist me in finding jobs, contacting other employers; She talk to me politely by encouraging me to forward my education/study in the field of Nursing. IMAN, is friendly with me, and other Clients, and decided to find me Fork lift training to improve my skills, and techniques in differences areas of jobs etc, and etc.ThanksERNEST S. WINPEA

Booking appointments without even letting me know, getting my payments cut off, was told appointments would be every month but they just still booked me every week without even letting me know.they told me that my job requirements would be put down when I started working, first guy said itll be put down next month" it wasn't then I was told I have to wait for another month.then call up saying i could be homeless by the 1st and I'm looking for a place to stay but they insist i come in for an appointment where they will probably just talk to me for less then a minute and then I'll have to leave!just annoying that when I need centerlink documents for applying for houses to avoid being homeless I have to deal with this nonsense too."

Have been with the Sarina Russo Job Access Inala for over a year now and they still haven't found me a fulltime job. I have had multiple consultants, currently working 3 jobs and yet they claim benefits saying they helped me find these jobs when they have done nothing. Very disappointed with the 'benefits' that this company is supposed to stand for.

I would get better job advice from a crackhead, which Inala is in abundance of. The service providers are absolutely atrocious. Vultures that prey on the inept and gullible in order to make a quick dollar. Stay away from this place if possible, they will drive you to depression and even attempt suicide with how they treat you and harass you. Cutting off your ability to live in a click of a button when you are already at a disadvantaged state. There should be an audit into the service and an investigation of the procedures the employee's utilize. Absolutely disgraceful and an abomination of a service"."

I have been very happy with the help provided by Luke. He has helped me improve my resume and I have learnt a lot of ways to improve my chances at getting decent job.

Luke and the hole team are great at what they do I would recommend them to anyone well worth working whit if you want to get a job..Most understanding group off people I've ever dealt whit .

they are supposed to help you get work but not once have they ever helped me, they tell you they will do things but never do it. got to be one of the worst service providers out there. also because they can't do their jobs properly and wont help you they threaten to suspend your payments. the worst is they give you a time for an appointment and i would arrive on time to show im motivated but i would be sitting and waiting with a lot of other people waiting to be seen while there is 3 of them working they are doing nothing only of of them is seeing the people i wait for about 30 mins to an hour most of the time or even longer they don't realize i have other important thing i have to attend to so they make us wait like a dog? i think things need to really change because it's unfair
