I, like the previous customer who wrote a review, had a flat tyre on Saturday afternoon. I rang the lady who runs the company and she said bring it down. She was honest and to the point. They fixed the tyre which enabled me to go to work on Monday. She charged me very little and was as friendly as hell. Please support this business. The owner is wonderful.

Receptionist is very hard to understand and not professional to deal with. They give me a last minute change of plan which was not mentioned at previous quotations or discussions, wanting to charge me about the same price with break plate trimming instead of changing it as quoted. Don’t think that was appropriate but the receptionist doesn’t see it as an issue and wouldn’t let me question it before they start the work. The owner was easy to talk to but again all these communications has to go through receptionist first. Doubt I’ll be keen to go there again or recommend it to others.

I've had my car serviced here and was contacted about areas that needed repairing, which is great as it gave me the chance to financially assess the situation and choose to either go ahead or postpone specific repairs. Great prices too. However there is a slight language barrier and it's sometimes hard to understand the staff, but they're patient and understanding. Don't expect your car to be done too quickly though. Sometimes they're busy and it will take an entire day before you receive a call informing you that they're finished. Would recommend to those on tight budgets, especially students.

Not clear with their quotations. Add fees afterwards. When a customer comes, you quote them a full fee they will be required to pay at the end including gst. Not happy at all. Recommend Stop & Go mechanics. Crystal clear with their pricing, affordable and best mechanics.

Excellent customer-centric service and value for money!I serviced my car at Autotune Canningvale and received a diagnostic report of the items to repair as well as their priority levels. I was called prior to any repairs to ensure transparency with the customer regarding the reasons for the repairs as well as their associated costs. Although, the business is very busy with consistent fully booked schedules, the receptionist is sincere and honest in her approach to ensure the customer is happy with the service of their car. I would highly recommend this mechanic for trustworthy, value-for-money and high-quality vehicle servicing :).

My husband has been sending my car for servicing to Autotune for the past 2 years. He is very happy with their professionalism. They have excellent customer service and update us on the parts and the price if there is a need to change any other parts during servicing. Excellent workmanship!
