Esti is very passionate about everything that he makes. His chocolate bonbons just melt in your mouth and the flavours are amazing! I first found Esti at a local market a few years ago and love his work!

BEST CHOCOLATIER IN SYDNEY!! I've tried so many of his cakes and delicious bon bons at the markets, each is so unique and full of flavour, you can tell he puts a lot of attention to detail in his work, it's truly an art form. My husband and I are big fans, we actually approached Esti and contracted him for a personalised wedding cake on our big day - and he certainly did an amazing job. It exceeded our expectations, and the cake was a massive hit! Esti is a true artisan. I also recommend his Christmas Pudding during the festive season, make sure you order one as they sell out fast!!!
