Terrible service by Core and management of their subbies. We have been trying for weeks to get action and resolution to the most basic of issues like poor workmanship. Would never use them again. Show little care in resolving ongoing issues. Instead reply with generic responses

Alan Jan was the consultant who recently inspected and completed a building report on a mixed use strata complex and I found him to be very thorough and knowledgeable. The report was easy to understand and very detailed. He was professional and polite at all times and received the report in a very quick turnaround time. Highly recommend him.
