Some of the rudest staff I have encountered. They were extremely condescending and talked me into a product that was not even a treatment for the symptoms that were described.

If there are 2 other customers in the shop when you walk in, you'll be waiting over 20 minutes to get your prescription filled. Not only are the staff abysmally slow, but one will regularly ignore customers entirely and leave doing any work to the others.If you are looking for a National Pharmacies, I'd recommend going to West Lakes.

Staff have been knowledgeable, friendly and approachable. Fairly large chemist with a large variety. Members have discounts of prescriptions and products in stores.
