Received a phone that wouldn’t charge. Tried multiple times to get in contact with the. Never answered their phone! Eventually got the phone back to them. They said would send replacement on Monday. Replacement never came.Absolutely disgusting. Terrible communication. Would never recommend to anyone !!!!!

!!!! Scam Alert !!!!!! Do not buy anything from Cellart. They will give you a tracking number then not send anything. I waited 2 weeks before I contacted Auspost, they told me they hadn’t received anything linked to the tracking number. When I contacted cellart they told me they would investigate, then nothing. I contacted them again 2 weeks later and told them I was going to contact the Office of Fair Trading if they didn’t sort it out, they then sent me a “replacement” item which just happened to have the exact same tracking number as the original item that Austpost had allegedly lost. STAY AWAY FROM CELLART!!!!!!

I ordered a phone from them and I accidentally ordered the wrong phone. Cellart were really helpful. They were prompt with their correspondence responding in less than a day and they refunded me straight away. I am placing another order with them with correct phone and would be happy to do business with them in the future.

Much like the last few reviews, I paid for a phone over 2 weeks ago and it has still not been sent. I received an email to say the item was sent by express post but Aus Post confirmed they never received the items. It took three emails before I actually got a response and I was advised they can't access stock and, basically, I just have to wait and indefinite period. Multiple requests for a refund have been ignored. Their website offers a Covid Update" that they are still shipping orders which is clearly not the case. Had they just been honest from the start that they are experiencing delays it would have been OK but the lack of transparency and response leaves a very bad taste. I would not order from Cellart again!"

Ordered a refurbished iPhone and have been waiting a month now. No response from the store after trying to get in contact. Do not buy a phone from this shop as you will be scammed out of your money. I hope this place gets what is coming to them.

Terrible, Terrible service !!! bought the phone, they sent in snail mail, takes 6 weeks to get to me !!!.....I finally get the phone and it wasn't working properly !!!. Sent them multiple emails, NO response !!! No answer to phone calls, when they finally responded after weeks of un-answered emails, their response was.... we will let the tech department know and see if they have a solution" ....weeks later

Completely disgusting service. Ordered a phone almost 12 months ago. Finally arrived. Didn't work so we sent it back for a replacement. Still waiting. Ring weekly to get the same response. Constant lies including false tracking numberd. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!

Unless you want to roll the dice and most likely loose do NOT deal with this company.If you do deal with this company only use PayPal because if something goes wrong they never ever answer their phone . They never ever reply to emails.They do not care at all about customer service.In my case I ordered a gray iPhone got a pink one!I called I emailed I did everything for weeks.In the end PayPal stepped in and put them on notice.Eventually got my money back.If I had used a credit card I would be toastDO NOT RISK THIS DISHONEST TRADER!!You have been warned.

One star is generous. zero customer service. I ordered a phone through Kogan on the 24th of July for my sons birthday on the 17th of August. I kept following up and no response. Couldnt give me the info auspost required for a missing item. Said they were sending me a replacement and never did. I finally got a refund but I am out of pocket and have a dissapointed son due to their incompetence.

I ordered a Refurbished iPhone 8, rose gold, 256gb of storage in pristine condition. We ordered express delivery. It arrives after 2 months and we got a Refurbished iPhone 8, bad condition had scratches all over it and VERY visible dents and cracks a long the charging port. It was silver and had 64gb of storage. Was the worst experience DO NOT RECOMMEND. We immediately got a refund but even that took a long time to complete.
