Margaret River Golf Club

Managed to squeeze an early doors 18 in here. A really interesting place for this visitor from the UK. Good layout and a reasonable test. The hire clubs left a little to be desired but a great welcome from members and Charlie behind the bar. Hope to visit again. Thanks everyone

A great rural course in the south west. The layout is a good test of golf and the course was in great condition. Lovely scenery also and reasonably priced.

Great course ! Suits for beginners (as me), friendly staff and good clubs to rent. The view with the kangaroos is just awesome !

On our holiday in WA, in July 2020. I booked in to play golf at Margret River golf course in the morning. Was a beautiful day.The staff were very friendly and assisted with explaining the course layout, as I had never played it before. The practice facilities for warm up on is good and electric golf carts for hire too. The pro shop is well equipped with all the good golf equipment you need to enjoy your day.It's is also noteworthy to keep in mind, that most WA golf courses have their greens cored / serviced in March.The golf course is well maintained, and in very good playable condition. It is a good test of your golfing ability when playing off the back tees.Another course off the beaten track, that deserves a visit for a round of golf.

Played 27/11/2022, 3rd roud club champ. booked many months ago for 10 players(3groups).Did not inform us of the standard of greens till 11 days ago which had been cored 11days prior(rubbish to putt on) to the point of 2 ft putts being missed on many occasions due to uneven bumpy ground. If they had mowed them at least they might have been ok, but it's hard putting on shaggy pile. To top it off 2 players had carts on their own and it cost them $100 ea to play a sub standard course. Even $77.50 per player shared cart. It is not the vines which is cheaper or similar. We will not be back... Sunday Slammers.

Very challenging greens , but good course well looked after an amazing gem in the south West a must try golf course

Nice track, although greens had just been cored so not sure what they would be like normally. Lots of kangaroos lounging on the fairways which is nice for the overseas visitor! Very enjoyable and would recommend.
