Had 3 bites of my burger and found a big chunk of plastic deep fried in the filet. Pretty good eating experience if you ask me.

Do not waste your time. I have never been so appalled by not only horrible service, but also the dreadful food if you even get it. I have tried to forgive and forget this f.ked kfc but theyre completely fked. The staff are all underaged children who have no idea what they are doing, their food is always old, the chips are never salted, so youre eating plain potato, and when they stop making food over an hour before they even close, so their opening hours are not right. Save yourself the bullsh.t from this one and take the extra drive to frenchs forest where they are atleast half decent. Mona vale KFC needs to be shut down.

Have been suffering severe food poisoning since 2 days ago as a result of eating a zinger burger. I’m still feeling horrendous. Definitely need a check up on their hygiene practices and cooking. This is the first time I have had food poisoning in my life and it’s terrible.

Yes, they fry chicken, chickens with steroids, affects young women, breasts grow enormously - GOD bless you Colonel Saunders.... Highly recommended

Just paid for 4 pieces of chicken and large potato and gravy. Arrived home 10 minutes later to find only 2 pieces of chicken. Phoned KFC but no answer.

It's a KFC so it's menu is the same as usual. However, I have often had good experiences at this KFC where service is valued, the food is provided quickly and is fresh as well.

The burger fillings were cold.Bun was soggyThe chips were soggy.Two of the staff members in the kitchen were playing peek-a-boo in the middle of the Christmas holiday rush. Some seemed confused regarding orders. Overall, staff seemed to lack the intent in doing their job. I will most likely go to the other fast food restaurants right next to this one.

Several times now I have not received what I ordered and the food is ordinary. I have complained to KFC but apart from getting free food the quality of the management and food of this place remains below par. Don't bother until they get there act together.
