Keep doing what you’re doing guys because you’re doing an amazing job. Meat is always fresh and tastes so good & staff are extremely knowledgeable & helpful. Ive never been this excited to go to a butcher. Always welcoming & grateful of their customers. Thank you!! Absolutely awesome !!

Balkan style meats, other food, spices and other Balkan utensils/dishes. Nice, clean shop. Ticket serving system. Courteous and helpful staff. Close to large public parking.

Was there 10 mins ... The server seems to be having a good old chin wag with another customer . Paid me no attention . The customer wasn't buying anything more then she already had and they were just chatting .. I waited not saying any thing for 10 mins when I did say excuse me" I got glared at me for a few seconds then just went back to chatting to one another .. I left meatless . Products look really good but service was the worst I have ever experienced. Well the complete lack of service .."

The meat is good, but the costumer service is horrible. If you don't speak Serbian, you can expect to be treated differently. They will prioritise the costumers they know and they will be chatty with them (while you are still waiting to be noticed). Very poor costumer service. Been there a few times and every time I've been waiting for at least 30 mins. Will not go back anymore. Very disappointed.

Extremely poor organisation of the staff who are not helpful or friendly at all. Been waiting for over half an hour. Nobody even acknowledged me as they were all too busy talking to their Serbian costumers/friends while I was just standing there and feeling invisible. Very unprofessional. I do not recommend Goran's butchery.

I travelled all the way from Cherrybrook as it was recommended to me by the Bulgarian Community. I have not tried the meat yet but the cold cuts looked amazing. I went to buy sour cabbage (кисело зеле) , which was superb. A bit pricey but it was worth every cent and the 2 hour trip. It is fresh, the taste was amazing. Thank you, I have been looking for it for 5 years. Now I know where to go. I am sure all Eastern European would appreciate the taste.
