Clinic with zero human touch, will not consider any circumstances for rescheduling appointments just because you didn’t inform them before 24 hours, I had a work situation and informed roughly around 20 hours and requested if they can reschedule my appointment but fell on there deaf ears.They will remind you that agreed conditions and nothing can be done.Amazing psychologist with no human touch.
