Failed to remedy the problem but installed an expensive system unfit for purpose that they refuse to fixSince we had since recently a problem with our bathroom mirror fogging a tad during showers, we called strata in which responsibility the ventilation system is, which used Bell's services to fix it.After Bell assessed that it would be better to pre-empt a potential fire legislation, one of their traders installed a fan which motor sounded like an airplane though even though he assured us that it is just the normal powerful air flow noise.In any case, we had to wipe clean the bathroom afterwards because of the debris left behind.But when we raised the noise issue, their office stated that the replacement is good, like for like, even though the fan was of a different make and power and... it was on sale at Bunnings for... $10 at the time and had very poor noise reviews.But at inspection, they admitted that the fan sounded indeed like a jumbo jet, that they don't usually employ them... and that the installation was not even authorised because they were awaiting strata's decision.A week later, they installed a fire proof ventilation system for which they cut a much bigger hole in the ceiling and cemented the fan in to our surprise and displeasure.But even though we had their assurance they will install a silent ventilation this time, the system is not only much louder than our 30 years old fan but it also fogs everything around while the fan itself drips water.When we called Bell's to adjust the ventilation parameters as Steve, a manager assured us it can be done, they refused, advising us to cut ourselves holes either in the shower or bathroom doors or keep them open, holes we had no need for in the 30 years we lived there.They also ignored our request to disclose the make and model of the new system so that we can check its reviews and cost.Thus, not only that Bell has not fixed our problem as customers but, after first replacing the fan with a one sold to go, they installed a fan which not only worsens the fogging problem but it increases considerably the noise and it costs many times more than the like for like silent operation $20 Arlec fan at Bunnings which would have done the job until the fire legislation for bathrooms materialised, if ever necessary.But because we trusted Bell to fix our small fogging problem which might have just required just a clean, we have now a much noisier, foggier problem and unpleasant showers which we have no way to fix ourselves because the solution is cemented in the big hole apparently.How would rate this service?

I purchased a vented clothes dryer and needed this installed in my laundry. Bell and Assoc were able to facilitate the installation which accommodated my timelines. The team member who came was prompt, friendly and also helped me decide the best positioning of the dryer.

As always, Steve provided excellent service. We are extremely happy with the work that was done for us, and would not hesitate to use Bell & Associates for any and all further electrical works, as required.

The two electricians who attended provided excellent customer service. They were extremely well presented, very polite, and knew what they were doing. I gave them a huge list of items I needed done/repaired and they were diligent with all of it. In addition to installing 3 ceiling fans, and doing switch repairs, they also tested and repaired the internet ports. Everything is working great. I highly recommend Bell & Associates.
