AVG IS SCAM !!! i have sent 70kg in 8 parcel for my family from Vietnam to Sydney in July, AVG told me to make the payment first after that they would delivery, but after i make the payment they told me 3 parcels were lost and conduct me to make compensation request. I provide all the invoices of the items has been lost. But after then they annouce me, they had found the lost parcels so they would stop compensation. It's ok if i recceive back all the items but if there still some missing items they must have do the compensation for me! both side have agree the solutions. Untill 08 Dec i recceived the lost parcel and realize the most of items were lost. in the time, AVG and me still keep in touch, but when i found out there were many lost items, i have made the contact to them and BOOM" they blocked me

This's not a company, it's a SCAM. They would charge you some crazy extra fees which you're not aware of at the beginning. You even don't have the chance to cancel your shipping order if you're not happy with their price and services as they would keep your goods until you pay the insane price they request.This business doesn't worth even 1 star. People, STAY AWAY from this.

Have been using AVG cargo for a while, reliable service, 95% parcel arrive within ETA. There was a scandal about AVG in VASA but was created by their competitor! poor you AVG!

If I could give this company a dislike, I will. But I have to race 1star to leave a comment!I honestly WILL NOT recommend this company to anyone. Because my experience with this company was terrible. I used their service on the 30th April 2021 and received the package TWO AND A HALF MONTH LATER without a tracking number! The company based in AU but using American currency which made me feel confused at that time but there were so many fake baits" good reviews on social media then I wanted to give it a try. This company literally silences any customer who tries to oppose them, this is an infringement on freedom of speech within a democratic country. They will block and silence all your calls/ messages if you try to warn other users about their services... as in, their inability to deliver what they have promised ( international freight forwarding services from australia-vietnam or vietnam-australia in 10-14 days)

I have been using AVG cargo for more than a year and really appreciate their high quality service. Free pick up, free packing, reliable and stress-free service. I am very sad reading all bad reviews that probably created by the competitors. We should aim for a fair play ground for all business.AVG, we hope to have you again.

It's scam company. They won't refund your stuff and pay extra money for the service. the worst!

SCAM COMPANY! This was a scamming travel agent and now become a forwarder to keep scamming people. No one should use this service as they would change T&C after scamming their customers, like the director- he even changed his name from David to Lucas to avoid responsibility.Waited for 3 month for my package from Vietnam to Melbourne and they finally announced all my package has been lost without any compensation.

Allow me to elaborate on the atrocious services this company provides. The original advertisement of this company says that they will deliver the goods within 10-14 days. However, when failed to fulfill their side of the bargain, they either do not update the information to the customers, or give very vague information when asked. The tracking number that they give FAILS to provide real-time location. Upon customer's request on updates regarding custom checks, they continuously tell customers that the custom checks have been declined by the biosecurity officers without giving proper explanations as to why. Their hotline? A joke. Their customer service? hilariously bad. Usefulness of tracking number? absolute non-existent. I will NEVER use this service again, even if it is the last one providing logistics on this Earth. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TIME FOR SOMEWHERE ELSE.

Please do yourself a favour and DO NOT even consider using AVG Cargo. It took 4 months for AVG to send my parcel from Melbourne to Hanoi. During this time, they stopped responding to Facebook messages as to where my parcel was, they did not answer their hotline number, nor did they answer any of the numerous emails I sent trying to find out what was going on with my delivery. My sister in Melbourne also tried emailing and calling the hotline number, and was hung up on when someone actually answered. On a couple of occasions my sister received an email reply promising delivery but nothing eventuated. In addition to the incredibly poor customer service, I was also charged an extra $60 before they finally delivered my parcel as they claim their agent in Melbourne undercharged me. AVG Cargo is the most unprofessional and unhelpful company I have ever dealt with, and I would never use them again. If it was possible to leave 0 stars for a rating, I would have done so.
