Was all good until i moved in!!unfortunately emails get ignored when theres a problem. I have forked out money for things that should not have been a problem after four months. Getting me to sign a form that THEY pre ticked saying the place is satisfactory and finding out they arent. Now refusing to fix the issue. Made promises of items they will Take care of afterwards and simply dont.Once you get the keys they dont want a bar of you!Lets add to the list shall we 2/6/23Claiming that a pest control company who are professionals in detecting moisture levels are incorrect when high levels are read.Still refuse to fix the issues with floor tiles that their consultant blatantly ignored the selections email.Will fix the gutter fault but wont fix the concrete damage caused by their faulty gutter install.And had to go to the building association to finally get an email back!

Decided to build though you guys back in 2020 and finally got hand over in February of this year and nothing has been fixed around my home that was ment to be fixed from hand over I’ve had phone calls from other people about fixing said items even had my second bathroom mirror taken off to be replaced and for them not to show up after the mirror braking due to a pot hole when they were ment to replace. I am highly dissatisfied in your customer service and would like for my items to be fixed

The beginning of the build process was a bit rocky and there was a few speed bumps like with everything nowdays since covid.But the last part of the build is what the 5 star review is about.We were at the last half of our build when we got an email to say we were having a site manager change over, this was a quite stressful time and we didn’t know what we’ were in for.We definitely did not expect to be moving In a month later. Brett Camac, since the day the change over happened Brett has been incredible. Communication, notice, service and respect. Brett knew we were under a fair bit of pressure and needed to move in as soon as possible due to our rental lease expiring and how much pressure the rental market is currently under, with this Brett pushed along trades and used local trades to ensure the remaining jobs were completed professionally but as quickly as possible. During this process Brett updated us multiple times a week with detailed phone call conversations, to ensure we were both on the same page, good honest communication. Brett also respected the fact that we were first home buyers and are new to everything, he took the time to explain processes and didn’t make us feel like we are burden or that we were annoying.If you are thinking of building and unsure of which building company to go with, pick Metricon and request Brett Camac to be your site manager.Thank you Brett for turning such a stressful time into a positive and happy time for us.

Don't get sucked into them as a FHB!When sales consultant TL wanted me to make an overnight decision on the biggest investment of my life...No thank you!This is how FHB get trapped into small homes and by offering the minimum borrowing capacity aswel, and giving you scenarios and feel pushed by their sales.See a proper Broker! One that is recommended to you by family and friends. A proper broker will tell you what you can afford and what you can do. They are free of charge!And don't go with these guys, their homes are cheaply made cabinetry/fixtures and fittings.You can get better elsewhere than what they are offering you, a shoe box and a lower borrowing capacity that you don't even know you could get 50-100k more elsewhere.Please shop around!!!Don't be intimidated by seeing builders like Easy Living by Carlisle, Nostra Homes, Mimosa (fixed priced contracts and site costs) they are way better than Metricon Homesolutions & you will find something within your budget.Don't settle for less (These guys)

I had a Eden 15 buit though metricon I changed a few things I made the car port wider and deeper I am very happy the build both Steve lamburlamburno and Josh Cliford helped me alot along the way with all my questions. Breton was my building corwdater all ways got back to me when I called him I would recommend metricon to anyone there also was no hiden fees thanks guys I am very happy with how everything turned out

A fantastic first home and first build experience! We were so pleased with the final product and can't wait to build with metricon again! For now we're going to enjoy our new home.

No reputation. Neighbour complains for odour come from mobile toilets stationed (3 meters away from ensuite bedroom) over 4months and done nothing. The site manager has no balls.

Phoned today questioning if any display homes were wheelchair accessible. Received a callback saying “no”. I asked if I could bring my own ramp (commercial quality) was advised no and that the business don’t have one to provide either. Person suggested someone could go into a display and take a video for me! Pretty poor. I’m not asking for a full decked out accessible home to see, I’m just seeking space awareness, quality workmanship etc to build a home.Thank you for your reply. Just to confirm, I did ask if all people that viewed your display homes ended up purchasing, the answer was no. My offense is, why was I not offered the same option to view? I was then told that I would never find a builder that would allow me to view their display homes.

While we did not end up building through Metricon as we had our offer accepted for a brand new, established home, we were fortunate enough to deal with Brett during our preliminary discussions with Metricon. Brett is extremely knowledgeable, professional, easy to talk to and very friendly. His communication throughout the whole process was great, he always followed up with phone calls and did everything he could to accommodate our questions. Highly recommend!
