Got in contact with Jordan via email on Friday afternoon after a sudden issue with my gaming PC. Not only did Jordan reply near instantly but he also made time that same night at 6pm to come around to take a look. We managed to diagnose the component causing the PC to malfunction swiftly. The part is being sent away for warranty.He is professional, considerate and dedicated to his business.Jordan, I can’t thank you enough coming out at such short notice. It was great to get the issue sorted so quick. Definitely recommend FTEC for gaming PC problems.

Highly recommend Jordan for anything gaming! Jordan transferred my old PC into its new case with some upgrades no problem. then spent his own time researching water-cooling to help me set mine up hassle free. Always getting back to me with questions and helping me with sorting parts. Top bloke and good service not much more you need.

Suffering some IT rage after getting some appalling (lack of) service from a Brand Name Help Desk, I turned to Jordan as a last resort and from now on will be turning to him as the first resort. Professional, patient and thorough he had my issues resolved and had me up and 100% effective within the hour. To make the experience even more memorable, Jordan turned up at the agreed time thus ensuring that neither of us wasted our time. Finally, I found his pricing to be completely acceptable and as a consequence will not hesitate to call upon his services, before returning to that companies Help Desk again.

Highly recommend! Jordan has saved the day with my computer twice now over the last couple of years. First, setting it up after I got stuck trying to wipe and reinstall Windows, and just recently after it wouldn't boot up. He was prompt, able to diagnose and fix the problem and offered advice on how to improve my PC's performance. Fantastic help - much appreciated!
