You cannot call them, their “schedule a callback” feature is saying they can’t call back for days, email is snail paced to reply. They rarely have stock, everything is on “back order”. If by any chance they do send your order, you don’t receive any notification that it’s ready for collection from the post office, so your order is returned, this happened with my order last year. No tracking number is given, no updates given, zero communication. Be warned!!

Quality is good. Found sizing to be large. Delivery came in two parts.Would order again

I bought my baby scale from medshop for my work and in less than 2 years wasn't working. Apparently, it was something faulty with the scale that couldn't get fix. I contacted them and after a long time waiting for an answer they asked me to return the item as my own cost. After a phone conversation with a very useful costumer service representative (Tiffany, you are awesome) , we got to a satisfactory solution. Still awaiting for the battery to arrive to Australia and the refund to be processed but overall satisfied

Ordered sphygmomanometer and stethoscope and waited 16 days without it even being shipped and kept being told it was going to be shipped pending any delays but to actually told there were any delays. On the bright side they were fast in response time when I used the contact option on the shipping screen and processed a full refund when I asked for it but yeah wouldn't shop here again. eNurse seems to be more reliable when looking for nursing gear especially for students who may need their equipment for placements and practise.

I ordered a scrub top a month ago (13/4/23) and paid shipping for $10.44. Waited and waisted my time and just not ending up getting delivered to my house. And advising me that I need to collect it at the post. What a waste of my money. Never getting anything from this shop.

Ordered maternity scrubs for my partner and after an almost 3 month delay we put in a cancellation request. We ended up receiving them anyway and by this point they no longer fit.

Ordered two lamps that were listed as in stock, after paying for the items they say that they weren't in stock. After looking for a phone number to get some clarification and not finding one i reached out to the instant chat. After speaking to a bot for 10 mins i finally got ahold of a agent who said that they were on back order and wouldn't be able to get them for over a month.I asked for the two lamps to be refunded and the next message i get is we just had one dispatched here is the tracking number.I wanted two lamps. Not one!After asking for them to cancel all orders they said they would only be able to refund me if i send an item i don't want back to them before it even gets to me. What a joke

No phone number to call and speak with someone, and they refuse to call you unless you book a time to contact via a 3rd party form.A recent order has also stalled and no explanation. Its now been >4 weeks since the order was placed...nothing sent, nothing communicated.Extremely dissapointed, they used to be a great company[Edit]After posting this, i recieved a voicemail from medshop advising that my order was still some time away" from being filled.I emailed to ask to cancel the order

i ordered a pearl pink stethoscope and it just arrived and it’s a completely different colour. the live agent i spoke to told me i recieved the right colour so they just are falsly advertising products as different colours. i ordered it expecting a light baby pink and i received a slightly marone red/pink colour
