Mark is a caring, thorough personal trainer who goes out of his way to customise a fitness program for each individual, no matter what level you are at. He quickly put my mind and nerves at ease and has encouraged me at every turn on my fitness journey. He also digs into research to find solutions and gain understanding when you encounter a physical issue; he finds work arounds and ways to being you back up to speed as well as refers other professionals when beneficial. I highly recommend Mark - you will not be disappointed!

Momentum Fitness and Nutrition
I have been training with Mark for over two years and I cannot recommend him highly enough. I have a number of injuries and his programmes allow me to train hard without causing any further damage. The workouts are always engaging and I have managed to consistently keep up my training for these past years. Mark is knowledgable and up to date about exercise and nutrition performing his own research. He doesn’t buy into the latest fads. He continually strives to keep his clients moving forward.

I have trained with Mark @ Momentum Fitness and Nutrition for the past 5+ years. To say Mark is an expert in the industry to me would be an understatement. I have trained personally in gyms for about 22 years and the training I like Mark to set out is quite advanced and he never misses a beat. From mobility, strength, explosive power, weight loss/gain, whatever phase I am going through in my training life he always supports, delivers new and challenging programs every Monday morning, follows up to make sure I am achieving what I want and in the timelines we set. He is accepting of my ideas and input. Has helped with everything from injuries and seeking the right people to manage them, overseeing my rehab, working with me through stressful times and adjusting my training so that my body can cope and knowing when my body is in a good position and when to really push the training. He has gone from a new trainer I just tried out to someone who has my complete trust and a friend that I run everything past. If anyone is looking to improve their life, I can't think of a better way then putting your trust in this guy. It would be the best place to start. Cheers for the years legend

I have been training with Mark for nearly five years now starting in early June 2015.The programmes that Mark puts togeather are based on the goals that i would like to achieve. I enjoy a challenge which Mark will set and help me achieve.With back and right knee injuries from playing sports and horse riding accidents, Mark uses a wide variety of exercise equipment involving weights, kettle bells, bars, bands, trx, gym equipment, body weight and my favorite, boxing.In December 2018, i was diagnosed with a Hyperdynamic heart. This means my heart works harder than an average human heart which causes pounding at rest and is then exacerbated with exercise. This feels like my heart is going to explode out of my chest and i can't breathe. (I have a fantastic Cardiologist on board). I've had this condition my whole life and always thought i was just 'unfit'. It never stopped me from playing sports or exercising. When i explained this to Mark, he changed my programs to work smarter, not harder.Mark is precise, progressive, a wealth of knowledge in health and fitness, insightful, adaptable and thorough. I enjoy Mark's great sense of humor, a good banter and his positive and realistic approach to health and fitness.

Mark is an amazing trainer! He trained me both pre and post baby no.2 and had me back to my healthy self in no time (with a much stronger core). Def knows his stuff and is a lovely guy too :)

Momentum Fitness and Nutrition
Thank goodness for Mark, when the lock down happened he put everything into place within a week and I have not missed a session. The thought of Virtual Exercising made me nervous but Mark coached me through it and we made it work. I increased my sessions to twice a week to help with my motivation and mental health, best decision I ever made!
