Bambino's Kindergarten Scarborough Park

Very happy with this childcare centre. It is the best in the area, and one of the really good ones in Sydney. All the staff are excellent and the educators really go above and beyond the call-of-duty, especially if a child is unwell. My little one has been coming here since 11 months and is a very happy kid. Also this centre rates well on the gov scale (i think).

My child loves Bambinos and sometimes is reluctant to come home at the end of the day which reflects the dedicated care and attention of the Educators and the fun he has whilst there. Good facilities, planned activities and a lovely outdoor area which is used as much as possible. I appreciate the daily email update that includes lots of photos and details of the activities. When I was researching long day centres Bambinos was my preferred choice and I am very happy with my decision.

My son has been scar for life from that centre. Firstly he was left alone most of the time, even one of the educator admitted to this. My son was a quite one, so the educators then to ignore him in a corner and attend to the loud noisy ones. Secondly my son had frequent ear infections, at least twice per month. Due to the infections he didn't have balance and couldn't walk as per his peers. Also he couldn't talk due to ear infections. Now he has to do physiotherapy, Speech and OT therapy.If you think your child is not happy there or getting sick too often... RUN as far as you can!

Terribly managed and very poor communication. We’ve tried to find a daycare for our son during Covid-19 as we lost our other care at short notice. Upon enquiring on the phone I was told the days I required were available. I booked in for a tour of the centre and on the tour I was also told how quiet it was. The next day I confirmed I’d like to enrol my son as i was happy with the facilities and the educator who showed me around was lovely.It took a few days of calling and emailing back and forward and I was required to prove that I was an essential worker and finally was sent the enrolment documents and told I could come in with my son for orientation the next day. The day of Orientation I received an email that they had now changed their mind and are no longer enrolling and I would be placed on the waitlist. The centre manager was aware that I needed care for the following week and I was now left without care. No explanation was given. I called to follow up and was told it was a decision from management. I requested a call back from management and have to date still not received such a call or an explanation as to why my enrolment didn’t go ahead.

My son has been going to this centre for 1.5 years now and he loves it. He has excellent educators and his days are filled with fun activities. They provide nutritious meals too. Highly recommend.

Both my kids went to Bambinos, since 8 weeks old and 10 months old. I was so lucky to have all the staff at Bambinos very supportive and caring to my kids. They are very helpful and communicate well with parents and they let you know what had happened to the kids during the day. The rooms are very clean and layout get changed often. Babies are well taken care of. No nappy rash. Nappy changed on time. Yummy food. Kids also have chance to have excursions at the park nearby. My kids are very happy there!

Both my kids love Bambinos Kindergarten. They both have awesome educators who, i feel, really care about them. I love the daily photos on the app and the report they provide. Absolutely recommended!

Our 17 month-old son has had a fantastic experience at Bambino's since he started there when he was 10 months old. The staff genuinely love and care for him and we as parents are always so impressed with all the activities he does everyday. We take our hats off to all the educators and the staff centre manager there. You do a brilliant job!

So happy with all the teachers and staff, from first day we visited we were all made to feel welcome. In the short time my son has been going he has relaxed a lot and really enjoys his days. Would highly recommend to anyone in the area.
