Needed a genuine P trap seal for a toilet I bought from Highgrove around ten years ago. I wasn't able to get a matching seal from Reece without buying a complete (and ridiculously expensive) trap and seal set. I then rang Highgrove at Windsor gardens and spoke with Jack who was confident they'd have the seal because it was from a Cassa Lusso toilet - a brand they still supply. I took the old seal with me to ensure I could get a match and I was met by Jack, who looked at the old seal, went out to the warehouse and returned with exactly what I needed. All within a couple of minutes of walking in the door. Awesome! Not only was the service fantastic but the price was great too. Great work, Jack!

Ross was excellent. He gave us great advice and lots of tips. Spent heaps of time with us and told us a lot. And huge contrast to our experience at other Highgrove stores.

Terrible service from an older male who I presume is the manager. He was extremely rude to me, not only on the phone but in person.Very disappointing service and would expect to be treated respectfully as a customer.

We had to renovate our very old bathroom. Ross, Jack and Nelson could not have been more helpful. We were clueless! Ross answered our many questions with patience and good humour.
