Highly recommend Saia . He completed a full logbook service. Was very thorough, polite, informative. 5 stars for Saia. 1 star for the guy I spoke to on the phone when I had to rebook. No customer service skill whatsoever!Sadly I've had to reduce my star rating from 5☆ to 2☆ for this company. Have been waiting 3 mths to get the problem with my car fixed. Mechanic said at the end of June he was ordering parts. Contacted him 19th July to see if parts had arrived. No reply. Rang 1300 No. waited 4hrs for call back. Now I'm writing this. You can cancel the parts, I'll be booking else where!

The mechanic came to my work, I work in a childcare centre so the kids where very inquisitive, he engaged with them as well as doing my car. The kids thought it was great. He even posed for a picture with the children. He showed me how dirty my cabin filter was, it was gross. My cars been running great since.My log book was signed off too.Will definatley use again
