Central Springs Inn

Cosy and charming building with very accommodating and welcoming hosts. The gardens are cute and there is ample parking. Would love to go back for a longer stay.

Location is central, close to everything walk distance. Borrowed cutlery from the reception and the lady was friendly. We got free upgrade from Heritage to Mezzanine room which is very nice. Unfortunately, there's no microwave or toaster but coffee sachets and tea bags are provided. The wifi is not reliable, I used Vodafone and there's ZERO signals in the room. Called the Vodafone and they confirmed there's no reception indoors in that address. So a little bit struggle as the wifi is always disconnected. Overall it was a nice stay.

Great accomadation close to everything loved the spa and fireplace in our room and super comfy king size bed would recommend and definitely stay here again

Mel and her husband could not have been more welcoming. The room was clean and well appointed.The cooked breakfast was generous and very affordable at $22 pp.Considering comparative costs this is exceptional value for money.

Had an amazing weekend here. We really didn’t want to leave! Susan greeted us upon arrival and was so warm, welcoming & helpful. Our room was extremely clean, cosy & comfortable. The location is excellent - walking distance to everything! Lovely, genuine staff and cleaners - great, good old fashioned service. Good value for money. Was better than we had expected. We will definitely be back.

My room was warm, comfortable and clean. Set in central Daylesford, it was within walking distance of many places of interest or a short drive.This was my second visit and I would visit again.

I had to cancel my initial stay at the last minute and Susan was really accommodating in rebooking my stay with no cancellation charge, warm, welcoming and understanding, and this followed through in everything about my stay. I was running late and called to see what time I could check in till, and Susan remembered me when I rang. When I arrived I finally got to meet Susan and felt instantly at home, kind, sharing info with me without it feeling like a normal check in process, it was like someone sharing and explaining their home to me, even providing me with the Daylesford guide book that I have used since. This is a simple gesture that means alot and brings return visits to other businesses. I was in the heritage building upstairs, in a room with a loft and extra beds, the lights were turned on, the heater on, it was so warm and welcoming and like I had stepped back in time to my own private cottage. The room was spotless but warm, I love the blend of old and new, wifi yet also an old rotary dial phone to call reception. In the morning I chose to have breakfast here, and was delighted I did. Again, Susan greeted me, the fire was going, games and books on shelves, a choice of breakfasts and again, like I was in someones home, or incredible B&B rather than a hotel. I could have stayed there for hours enjoying my breakfast, staying by the fire. Incredible value for money, warmth and hospitality, I would now not stay anywhere else when visiting. Who Susan is, her kindness, her welcome and consideration and the way she is, her warm smile, (Susan smiles with her eyes), should be bottled and sold, for others to learn from.
