Excellent customer service, I'm absolutely in love with my beautiful engagement ring. I also my necklace cleaned there, it came back so shiny and beautiful. Highly recommended!

I put a watch on lay-by with a $20 deposit and was told if I cancel, I forfit the deposit, which is fine. I had to cancel and when I went in to do so she tried to make me forfit 20% rather than the $20 originally agreed upon. I had it in writing (the receipt) so I got my refund minus the $20 as agreed however I find this practice dishonest and I won't be shopping there again. 3 stars for a great range, can't deny that, but prices aren't great so that's my rating.

Fantastic Jewellers with not only a great selection of watches and jewellery but a great attitude and high customer service.Sharine from Princess Jeweller was a pleasure to deal with, offered great pricing and was even happy to place a watch in stock I wanted for my wife on hold for me until I got there.I will definitely shop there again.Highly recommended!!Thank you Princess Jeweller!
