Zen Healing Massage

Whole body massage wasn't delivered. Felt like I was being prodded and poked rather then massage. Husband and I had the exact same booking time. Lady was disturbed 5 times at front counter mid massage. And time wasn't adjusted with my booking after she spent time dealing with customers. Full body massage didn't include feet, arms, shoulder. Poked my head while she sat down for 15mins. Asked for money upfront- and delivered poor service. Very uncomfortable and not at all enjoyable. I get weekly massages with other franchises and this was by far the most unenjoyable massage I've ever had.

Have been here a number of times and have been happy with my massages BUT Saturday just gone I had a massage from hell and I can’t believe I paid for it and walked away without saying anything.... it wasn’t flowing or relaxing she pushed in spots continuously with elbows ... I do like a bit of remedial and am tough but this was hideous... I hurt today from it.. my neck and shoulders... it was the older little lady with very mean hands n elbows ... won’t be back... maybe they should massage each other to know what each other is like!!! Positive criticism that’s all

Brilliant experience at Zen Healing massage.I had severe back pain after work, massagers are well-versed. They asked you for the pressure and adjusted to the way that you are comfortable with. Such a relief after the massage, have booked for regular treatment.Best massage ever. Highly recommended!

I’ve been here a number of times but the last two times have been particularly bad and I won’t be back again. Massages go for less than the time paid for and within that time there’s lots of interruptions to attend to front counter, price fluctuates, twice I’ve booked an appointment and got there early and they still take walk-ins in first before me, this last massage has left my back agitated. I’m really unimpressed and won’t be back now.

Most brutal massage I’ve ever had. Older lady. Yes it hurt but I now have full range of motion in my neck even after six days. 5 years of other therapies couldn’t fix what she could in 30 minutes.

2nd massage with Lisa today, both have been exactly what my sore back needed! Will book again

Really disappointed by the massage I received today. The lady was sneezing, sniffling and coughing throughout the massage and with Covid-19 (and just general hygiene) I therefore could not relax and enjoy what I paid for. At one stage I sat up and asked the lady if she was sick and also mentioned it afterwards to the lady at the counter. Unfortunately it ruined my experience.

I was visiting the area and thought I’d get a massage while I was here. Went with a friend and my partner. Booked in for an appointment and when came back at the time they said two of us who had come back were told another 15 minutes. So we waited in another area (they don’t have a waiting area) and came back. We both had our massages which were ok (back, neck and shoulders). None of this really bothered me as I didn’t have anywhere to be but I was a bit disappointed when I walked out still covered in oil. They get a cloth to wipe you off but they really removed none of the oil. My friend and I were using paper towel and wet ones to try and remove all the excess oil. If I had a full day of shopping ahead of me I would have been upset. Nice and friendly staff though I’m sure with constructive feedback they will make he necessary changes. Very well meaning.

Not a great experience I’m afraid. Booked a neck &shoulder 1/2 hr massage. They get you to pay first. The towel felt a bit damp. The masseuse briefly ‘massaged’ my neck and shoulders. I like a firm massage but this guy put the elbow in so hard without any preamble and when I said no 4 times .. he released!!!!! Like he was trying to prove how hard he could massage me.The massage was not what I paid for - in the 1/2 hr he did a quick dig around all the way down my legs and feet and arms and hands. I wanted a Neck & shoulders massage as described on their pricelist!!!! If he has A massage qualification he needs to ask for a refund. As I would like to!! Do not go here it’s a waste of your money and time. There is another place in the centre that also does massage and acupuncture called Lee massage and acupuncture. They are v gd and I think most people posting good reviews have got the businesses mixed up. This place is TERRIBLE.
