Laura helped so much with my boy Sarge. He was very reactive to strangers, and would become really stressed when approached by others. Sarge was so much more relaxed after the very first session with Laura! She was amazing.We couldn't thank her enough.Highly recommend!

Laura is the best in the biz! My golden retriever was assessed by Laura during the process to become a therapy dog. Laura provided practical and workplace specific advice and support via zoom and in person. She truly cares about the dog (and handler!) in front of her and makes sure owners work to the dog’s strengths and needs. Every dog owner would benefit from accessing training with Laura!

Laura has been such a welcome guide in shaping my relationship with my dog. Her assistance with both behavioural training and assistance dog training has been invaluable, she has an uncanny ability to read both you and your dog and help you understand what’s right in front of you in a kind and gentle way. She is ethical and the well-being and functioning of your dog is the priority. She looks at your dog and your circumstances holistically but always suggests realistic strategies and makes it genuinely fun for your dog. She is force free which is so important in facilitating positive outcomes. She is also incredibly intuitive and works with both your dog and you in a thoughtful way, helping you understand how your dog is processing information and external stimuli, why they are responding in a certain way and how to support them to be most comfortable. Additionally her AD training is underpinned by the same values and delivered super effectively. I genuinely would not trust anyone else and she has built such a lovely relationship with my dog and I, and most importantly improved his quality of life and given him a job he adores. You can feel her love for the job and her reputation precedes her. As mentioned, her commitment to positive reinforcement and genuine care for dogs stands out. She has done such an incredible amount of work to unpack so much information and so many strategies that are detrimental. She is incredibly intelligent and her knowledge and ethics are engrained in her training. I cannot recommend her enough. Aside from anything I say, my dog just loves her and really that’s the biggest test of all.

Laura is exceptionally well-versed in positive training methods and behaviour modification. She helped us navigate extremely challenging behaviours and some difficult circumstances with our pup in a sensitive, compassionate and evidence-informed manner. She was able to identify the root causes of our pup’s behaviour and equipped us with the skills and methods needed to modify and safely manage said behaviours. She regularly checks in with us, even to this day, just to see how things are going. She is the warmest, most caring person and has always treated us and our pups with an enormous amount of kindness and respect, and has supported us more than words can convey. We cannot speak highly enough of Laura and would recommend her to anyone! She is truly one of a kind!

Laura is an incredible trainer… sometimes I think she’s a dog whisperer. She’s helped me immensely with my adolescent dog around socialisation as well as just helping him become a confident & polite around other dogs and people. Laura not only understands and loves dogs, she is great with people too. Empathetic, clear and positive, she’s helped me transform my relationship with my dog through the challenging teen years.
