A very huge THANK YOU to Ellen from Creative Flair who designed and made for me two beautiful memorial candles for my Wedding Day. Ellen was quick to reply to my request when I had to order another candle. She was a pleasure to deal with and was always very professional. My fiance and I got in touch with Ellen after a friend of the family highly recommended her work. We organised a time, and visited her show room to have a look at her work and discuss what we were looking for with our wedding invitations. We didn't really have much of an idea to start with, but with Ellen's help we quickly found quite a few different options which we really loved. We discussed our wedding theme, colours and options for additional cards (wishing well) during this time. Not only can we say that Ellen did a fantastic job with our work but she also made it incredibly special and very much tailored to suit us. Ellen listened to what we had to say, and made changes as they happened. Her communication was fantastic! Even when I sent messages late at night, she quickly responded. In the end our invitations are so beautiful and represented us.What was so wonderful about her work is that after the invitations were sent out, I received many calls and text messages from family saying how high a quality and beautiful they were as well. When the pandemic hit, we were forced to delay our wedding for a year, and Ellen was excellent in working with us to design new invitations at a reduced rate. I was recommended to Ellen for my wedding and can’t believe how amazing she was! I had no idea going into planning a wedding on what options were available and pricing. Ellen was able to advise the best way to keep to a budget without compromising her quality. Cannot fault her communication. She kept in continual contact throughout, provided samples to choose from so I didn’t have to source this myself, whilst providing multiple drafts to view to make sure I was happy. She went above and beyond what was expected even though I was on a budget and the invites turned out exceptional. Definitely not a DIY job which I had considered doing myself prior to contacting Ellen. She took away so much stress from that one area so I could focus on everything else. You can’t buy her creativity and expertise. She has set the standard for how I wanted my wedding to look!!

I highly recommend Ellen, she did our wedding invitation and place cards for our wedding that occurred in March! Super accommodating, quick service and very patient! my wife who was heavily pregnant at the time/having a newborn just made the stress of organizing a wedding that much easier! She has a massive range of invitations to choice from which made our vision of what we wanted again easier. I would highly recommend Ellen for her services at Creative Flair. She made our invitations and stationery for our wedding at the start of April and we absolutely loved them. Everyone who received them, commented on how lovely they were and where we got them from. The entire process was very smooth and Ellen was able to clearly make our designs come to life. We gave her our Save the Dates cards we had sourced from elsewhere and she then accordingly used these as a basis for our invitation design. Throughout the making of our invitations and additional stationery, Ellen contacted me to check I was happy with each element of the design.Ellen did an amazing job of producing our lovely stationery to such a high quality.
