I must say this is the best place around Hobart if you have any issues with your mobile phone. Staff is best in the business led by their lady manager (Sorry I don't remember her name).Reliable & on reasonable cost. 10 out of 10 for their service. Keep up the good work team :)

Besides the fact that the management try to fain language lssues, l finally got my problem across to him. He solved the issue and slammed the phone on the counter and turned away gibbering in his native language. Very rude indeed.

Staff very friendly and helpful.Only thing that was a bit annoying was that EFTPOS was unavailable at the time, so had to go get cash out to pay.They were very apologetic though and explained they were waiting on the bank to contact them to arrange fixing the issue.

Wish i could give them 0 stars, My partner took her phone there to get it fixed and they ended up breaking her phone more. Since getting the repair" the original issue still persists and now the phone doesn't even work properly. They denied that they had anything to do with the issue and blamed her."
