This Cafe is *absolutely phenomenonal*Key highlights:Food is gorgeous to look at.Food is delicious to eat.Wide variety of options for all palates.Staff are lovely, even on a busy day.Coeliac and Gluten Free can be ordered with extreme confidence as the waitstaff and kitchen are completely across it.Superb experience that my only feedback would be that they can definitely take more price across all items. Everything is about 20% less than I would expect compared to comparable cafes.

Very cosy and friendly cafe with a very chill ambience. The staff were very nice and welcoming. We ordered the Aussie Asian Eggs and Tokyo Style Chicken Burger with chips.The Aussie Asian Eggs had a nice flavour and kick but I felt like it was abit dry and needed more substance. It wasn't very filling and the portion wasn't too big for the price you're paying.Tokyo Style Chicken Burger was okay but didn't include any slaw as mentioned on the menu. Didn't realise until after we finished, I think that would've added to the flavour for sure.Will definitely give the other menu items a go next time.

Family breakfast catch up.Staff were great, friendly and full of help and smiles.Food presentation was on great and the quality was even better.Worth the drive.

The food was amazing, my lunch the next day was boring because I could still clearly remember the taste of my Billycart lunch from the day before.The cold drip coffee was also great. Not the typical over-brewed rocket fuel that most places serve but a satisfying coffee full of flavour. The glass wasn't huge but I prefer a smaller glass of good cold coffee than a flask of black, icey bitterness.I will most definitely be back!Update:And I have been back many times. A favourite dish is the loaded eggs but today I just shared a plate of truffle chips with parmesan which was as good as everything I have had.The cold drip is the best cold coffee I've had in Brisbane. The current batch has a strong flavour that really lingers and left me feeling satisfied and buzzing for a long time after leaving. My friend tried cold drip for the first time (in spite of leaving nearby and frequenting Billykart) and he was also impressed... I think he realises that one of my motivations for visiting him is so I have an excuse to get a cold drip at Billykart.

The food was fantastic, foodgazim when eating as it was so delicious. The atmosphere is nice and calming, amazingly friendly staff that had great timing when it came to waiting.

Fabulous food. They have obviously put a lot of thought & effort into offering some interesting & different-from-the-usual menu dishes. The mulled wine crumpets with mascapone cream are delicious. Great service. Not cramped seating-wise. Book ahead online if you have five or more joining you. They're also very responsive in terms of contact if you need to make changes. A little on the noisy side but it's a popular spot. Dishes are a bit expensive but definitely worth it. We'll be return customers for sure.

Couldn’t recommend Billykart Kitchen more!! Every single dish we got was 10/10. Coffee was excellent, service was fantastic and prompt, although we were seated right at the back the waitress didn’t forget about us which we much appreciated. Can’t wait to come back!
