Don't buy machine from DTG Digital. I bought the DTG M2 machine just two months back and it is not working from past 25 days. The dealer has no idea about the issue and the official support is almost nothing. The dealers are not trained for any service issue and the company does not care about the customer. The issue is still unresolved and they are not ready to send any replacements or anyone to resolve the problem.

Loved their customer service. Jerry spent over an hour answering our questions on a second hand machine that wasn't purchased directly from them. They are still willing to give their time to help for free and didn't try to up-sell us anything. Would definitely recommend doing business with these guys. Taught us allot about our machine.

DO NOT BUY ANY OF THESE FRANKENSTEIN MACHINES! We cannot believe how this company is still in business. After a couple of months of good prints (very slow) on ALL of their machines you WILL get multiple error messages, then buy new dampers, new FFC cables, new print heads, new motherboards... repeat. Cheap Indian software, cheap Chinese hardware. $6k print head $3k motherboard. Good luck making a profit!

DO NOT BUY THIS MACHINEI bought the Compress UV-600S about 28 months ago.For the first year the head has been replaced 4 times the QUALITY OF THE PRINT IS RUBBISH IT WAS SOLD THAT IT WILL PRINT BRAILLE AND PICTURES ON STAINLESS STEEL DOESN'T WORK EVEN PRINTING ON POWDER COATING DOESN'T WORK. NOW ANY REPAIRS COST A FORTUNEDO YOURSELF A FAVOUR STAY AWAY FROM THIS MACHINE

At Next State we have been dealing with the Impression Technology team since 2014. We have always had a great working relationship with them and no problem was too hard for them to help solve. The distance between Sydney and Melbourne has never really seemed an issue in getting anything done..

Purchased a Mutoh Dye Sub printer from these guys a few years back when our Epson died and Epsons support was non-existent. We ordered and got a printer from these guys within 2 days! It's been one of the best investments we've made and the support and backup from the guys has been great. Excellent Inks, Steve and the team are very knowledgable and helpful. We're in the process of buying another machine now! Thanks guys.

Great local company with friendly staff, always have someone to help you if you have a problem. Great selection of inks print on multi surfaces, had great experience on fabrics, highly recommended.
