I want to express my sincere gratitude to the Vet Antony for his compassionate support during our pet's end-of-life journey. The staff showed immense empathy and created a comforting environment. Antony’s explanation of the process was sensitive and knowledgeable which helped guide me through a very difficult process. Their support extended beyond the visit which I found to be very comforting. I highly recommend Struggletown Veterinary Hospital.

I took my puppy here a few times as he had already been going there before I got him. Even though the vet had seen him multiple times, he could never remember my puppy, just showed a real lack of interest. I specifically requested to see one vet but still got another for my appointment. The vibe in the place is quite chaotic which I think makes it more stressful for the animals. Also, while I was waiting, a person came in very upset saying their dog had been hit by a car and one of the first questions the receptionist asked was whether they were already patients there, seemed to really be prioritising the wrong thing in that moment. I called them when my dog was having an emergency after throwing up a foreign object and they told me they were fully booked and gave me no alternative of help. That was the last straw for me - I’ve since moved to a different vet and am very happy to have done so.

The vets and support staff were extremely caring and comforting in what was a very sad situation.

Visiting from Melbourne and needed an app for our Staffy at fairly short notice on xmas eve. The young lady at front desk was delightful and the Vet was just as lovely. Highly recommended!!

Although dogs in general don’t like going to the vet the staff here are always quality and I do appreciate the level of care they have given both Juggles and our recent rescue Cookie! I go every 6 months for a check up for 7 years and they are always thoughtful on their approach. Highly recommended

Thanks for Dr Chan treat my lovely girl's one mouth bad and dirty teeth. Because of her age (she is 15 years old) and the price (at least $1600), I once hesitated whether let her do the treatment. Well compare with other vet's price, dental fee always cost so much. And we believe it would be a better choice for her. Fortunately, after the operation just one day, my lovely girl become as active as before. Her mouth now smell good, and looks with better appetite. I am so appreciated with the service and Dr Chan's nice patience and high professional skill in here. Let her has a good and comfortable dental life in the future.

Came and saw struggletown after helping out a little injured rainbow lorikeet . What amazing people and such care with the bird. Can't speak highly enough for the great care and service.

Struggletown are friendly, helpful and their opening hours make them more accessible than a lot of other vets! The vets and staff and friendly, no nonsense and caring.

I’ve been going to Struggletown for a decade now. The doctors and nurses are always very friendly and understanding. They always take good care of Albus (my cat) whenever we take him there.

Easy booking, online or phone, liking the yearly reminder text message when my kitty is due for next vax. Good location but parking around the corner isn't always available. Staff has always been friendly
