Unable to handle simple orders and will not rectify their own mistakes. High turnover of staff made communication with this business difficult. When finally making contact with the owner (Val) he blamed his employees for the errors and would not rectify the mis-order. Very disappointing. Would not recommend. Stay away.

My uncle has tried for nearly a week for the owner go call him back as the slab is 100mm out! So shed has gone up wonky. Refusal to take care of customers and refusal to take responsibility for massive stuff ups. STAY AWAY!!
