Absolutely brilliant.We had three agents come in to talk to us about selling our home, it was between Courtney and one other agent but Courtney said she could get $170,000 more than the other agent. We were amazed as we didn’t expect it, we had visions of the house sitting on the market for months. We went on the market on the Friday, by Tuesday we had two views and one on Wednesday. The home was sold within the week and for the asking price. Amazing. On top of that Courtney is a lovely person, never rushes you through anything, she will sit and have a coffee and chat ensuring you fully understand the process and what’s happening at the time.
