Our group had an exceptional experience here with Nadine and her absolutely amazing team. The service, surroundings, massage, treatments and fruit and chocolate platter far surpassed any expectations we had. One of the best massages I've experienced. Already planning on when we can return. 10/10!!

My partner surprised me with a couples 2 hour treatment that included a dry body scrub, massage, body wrap and facial. It was the best treatment I've ever had. All ladies we met were extremely welcoming, kind and the treatments were beautiful. There was nothing that I could have wished to be improved. Beautiful massage and stunning facial. I highly recommend Balance Mountain Day Spa and hope to come back again soon

Heaven on earth. I’m madly in love with the products they use. ( USPA)Have 1 facial and you will be hooked as well! I’ve had many massages and facials here and could not recommend them enough. I always leave, floating on a cloud .

I was booked in for a massage from my wife, and I have to say it was one of the best massages I have had.The massage therapist was Ruth, and she has a gift for finding problem spots and releasing them.Thanks, Ruth, for your work and the rest of the stuff for an all-round great experience.

I love coming here and have for years. I've tried many treatments but my favourite is always the remedial massage. Nadine is amazing and knows my body well and how it releases. Very professional, great atmosphere and I would highly recommend trying Balance Mountain Day Spa :)

Couldn’t have asked for a better experience! My partner and I did a 2 hour facial and massage package with Robin & Lisa who were just incredible. Robin gave me a treatment completely tailored to my needs and was so conscious of my problem areas so I didn’t have to be nervous at all. Best massage i’ve ever had. Lisa is super knowledgeable about muscle tightness and tailored the treatment for my partner to his problem areas, he was delighted with his first experience. Thank you both so much!

I booked last minute (2 day's notice) to have the Deluxe facial and was delighted with the service from phone call to leaving. The place is beautifully designed and ambient. The staff are friendly and warm. It was an absolute treat. The treatment was wonderful. I'll be back.

Booked in an 'Anyone for Tea' 90min treatment. Nadine was so nice and has an excellent sense of pressure and pace. Thoroughly enjoyable and relaxing. The building interior itself is gorgeous and well-curated to meld with its woodland surrounds. A must for any vacation and the perfect gift for all.

I had a 2.5 hour session and it was AMAZING. Holly made me feel very comfortable and I honestly can not fault any part of the experience.The massage was incredible!Big points for: the room was WARM, I was asked about massage pressure and also about whether you like to talk or not suring the session.Can not wait to go back. Perfection!
