Purchased a reg/rec. Regulator ceased working after 2 hours. Did not offer to test, replace under warranty, take any responsibility or liability for a product they supply. Told to buy another at Repco or Autobarn that's where we get them from" Are you fair dinkum??? Consumers

Today I drove down to Geelong and went to Small Coil Rewinds with my GSX750 stator and rectifier . They tested my stator and rectifier for free.! How''s that! Who would do that these days? Then after positive results they offered to change the wire connectors which were worn. They did this for a small fee. All the while they demonstrated a willingness to help and solve my problem and I'm truly grateful. 'These guys are real service and customer focused people and i would recommend them unreservedly. Had an issue with my bike not starting and no spark so was suggested I take my stator to small coil rewinds for testing and repairs.Brought it into the shop and they tested it on the spot and told me it was working fine and did not charge me for testing and suggested what I could also look at to fix the bike spark and now the bike is running!

DO NOT BUY MOTORCYCLE ACCESSORIES FROM THIS PLACEThese guys are scam artists, they sent me a light kit and after it being professionally installed the headlight wasnt working. After sending it back in for a warranty repair, they refuse to warranty the headlight. After paying 350$ for their headlight kit, they still refuse to help out their customers and test the headlight. im now left with a headlight that doesnt work, what a joke... Worst experience ive ever had with a company, please whoever reads this choose somewhere else before coming to this place. Very dissapointed and will be spreading the word.Cheers
