I had Plumb First attend my property to install a new dishwasher. The cost for the installation was so much better than what I had expected.Jack was the plumber who attended. Not only was Jack early to the scheduled appointment (and called first to ensure that this was OK), but he was professional, helpful and super efficient. He also provided me with advice as to other plumbing matters. He was fantastic and I highly recommend Plumb First.

Just moved into our newly purchased townhouse, 22yrs old. I was looking forward to a nice relaxing hot shower after moving house. NO hot water.WHAAAAAATT!!!!! Called Plumbfirst and made a booking. Jack called me to let me know he was on the way and arrived when they said he would. He diagnosed the problem. The 22yr old Vulcan water heater had passed away quietly before we arrived. NOOOOOOooooo!!!. Jack made some calls then Matt S. turned up and shortly after our sparkling new water heater arrived. Matt S. did the installation. He was very professional and polite. Explaining what he was doing and why whilst still working. He was very thorough with the installation, checking all connections and fittings twice. He did the saftey testing before commisioning the system.After final testing all systems were go. I am sure I heard arch angels singing. Elon we have lift off!!! I sincerely urge you to contact Plumfirst before going any where else. First class people, company and Job, all of the way. I will be back for sure if I have any further issues.

Jack and Josh had to fix my gas fitting and rerun a new gas pipe and they could not have done better. Their work was so great, they were honest, efficient and reliable. They answered all of our questions with no hesitations. I would 100% recommend them to everyone.

I cannot speak highly enough of our experience with Plumbfirst. In the recent Sydney downpour, there was a blocked outdoor drain that sent torrents of water down and threatened to flood our downstairs. Plumbfirst was fast, efficient, reliable and communicative. Kurt and Ezra were friendly and showed initiative - even cleaning up a mess on our deck left by the storm, without being asked. They arrived when they promised and kept us informed all the way through. And, of course, they fixed the drain. Highly recommended.

Thank you to tradesmen Daniel and Michael for coming over and explaining to me exactly what was required in order to fix an issue we had with our sewer pipe. They both took their time to thoroughly answer all of my many questions, so that i knew with certainty what works needed to done. Also, thank you to tradesmen Jahmanie S, Kurt K and Matt S, who completed the works for us seamlessly and quicker than I thought they would. I was amazed at how they left the site looking cleaner and better than it was before they arrived! I have no hesitation in recommending Plumbfirst to my friends and family. Their quality of work, combined with their friendliness, honesty and professionalism, is unmatched. All of which is much appreciated and shouldn’t go unnoticed. Thanks again.

Recently got out of hospital one afternoon to find my indoor electric hot water system leaking a decent amount of water. Called plumbfirst and had Jack out the following morning at 7am sharp. He was awesome: honest, trustworthy and upfront. I had always wanted to convert to instantaneous gas hot water and it was done within 24 hours of calling them. Have since recommended Jack and Plumbfirst to friends and family.

Our pergola floods badly after heavy rain and previous investigations failed to provide solutions.Matt S. and Will T. attended within an hour. They quoted the job and were able to shuffle things around to commence our 3.5 day job, 2 days later!!From there, Will and Jahmanie turned up early each day and got stuck in. The job ended up being bigger than originally thought requiring an excavator onsite which we were not charged for. These guys were generous with their time in answering our questions and explaining our options. They cleared two sections of pipe clogged with tree roots, blasted a third blockage and contacted Council about a 4th in their easement about 25m away!!We found these guys to be very honest and forthcoming. Planning for the job was terrific too! The skip bin arrived 30 mins before works commenced so we were not without our driveway for too long. The materials arrived shortly after.Will and Jahmanie cleaned the site at the end of each day and ensured the safety parameters were in place due to the 2m deep excavation trench in our backyard!! At the end of the job, they remediated the excavated area to reduce subsidence and treated all the excavator track marks onsite.Overall, we could not fault these guys and highly recommend them!!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!I used plumbfirst for my down pipes, gutter cleaning and a few other things, William, Matt S and Kurt did a excellent job, great communication from starting to completion of the job.They were always on time, very polite and professional, they always cleaned up after themselves and made sure to leave things how they found it.there was no unexpected costs they always discussed things before going ahead and giving the exact prices.
