The lady was so rough to my child, my child screamed out “ too fast” “ ouch it hurts” , then she used hair liner and my child screamed again“ it’s hot” all she replied was “ no, its not” and continued mowing his hair really fast, finished hair cut under 10minutes, my child has redness on skin near ears and back head hair line, I believe its from when he yelled out he felt hot. For $28.00 to get this terrible service. Bonus, hair style doesn’t look even at the back, it worst than home cut . No thank you

i went there last sunday for my daughter's haircut. my kid is hyperactive and always busy type. always need attention. The lady was superb. she managed my child very well and handled the situation. Haircut was nice as per my advise. Great service with welcoming environment. keep up the good work..

The hair dresser said I could not make a booking or put my name down and come back then let another person cut in front of me who left for 20 minutes or more, very bad service and also gave me a rude look as if to say I was wrong to think I was next. Don’t go here she also used the same equipment on multiple kids face and hair and does not clean anything before using it on another child.

Visited today and the lady did quite a nice job on my son's hair cut. He doesn't normally sit still enough unless I help hold his head down. he was surprisingly good.I was charged $30 for the hair cut, which in my opinion is much more than the average trim for boys hair in the area.Also, conveniently, the EFTPOS machine wasn't working. I wasn't told it was cash only until AFTER the haircut and was expected to go and get money from the ATM as I didn't have cash on me. When I asked the lady why I wasn't told about the card facilities not being available, her response was that everyone knows they only accept cash and she then gave me the card of the business owner who was away. She told me to call and speak to him.Quite disappointed, especially with the result of the hair cut being quite nice.Price was expensive and the miscommunication make me second guess coming back.

Went to this shop today…called them prior to leaving home if they would be able to provide service as I might be reaching at 5 pm…person answering the phone said we can serve you as long as we reach prior to 5:30 pm which was as per their website. Just called prior anyway as travelling with kid is not as easy so half an hour left might not be sufficient time for my kid to get hair cut …reached there at 4:55 pm…and rude lady who was providing the service bluntly declined the request despite saying we called prior to our departure from home…Also added I don’t care what boss says….such a bad customer service .!!!!

There is not options for zero stars and one is too much!Seriously, I was there this afternoon, she was so rude, waiting for like 30 minutes for my little girl to have a haircut, when it was finally our turn she says to my daughter she should get a boy's haircut because it will be nice and easy for her , she said it twice my daughter was in shock, when I tried to explain the haircut that she wanted, she just said that I should go to a professional hairdresser, because she can't help me, I was there with my 5 yeas old and my 5 months old baby waiting for a haircut for her to tell me in the end that can't do the haircut, I just can't believe how she can work with children, my daughter came home upset, saying that she can't understand why the lady was so rude? Honestly, this is bad , she can't work with children!

Horrible service and unprofessionalWhat a disaster! I rang up ahead of time to confirm a booking around 5.15 understanding they close at 5.30Picked up my son earlier from childcare and rushed to get there in timeThe gentleman on the phone advised there is no need to book and to step right in.As I arrive at 5.10 im greeted with yelling by a lady saying “No we are closed” and that’s it I let her know I rang in advanced and advised I wanted to book. Her response was “I need to go, I need to go to Kmart” seriously that’s rubbishI will not go there again and I would share my story to everyone I know

I had my one-year old son's first haircut here. Although the haircut is good, the lady who did the haircut was rude throughout the process. She was obviously sick and didn't cover her mouth & nose properly. She didn't wait for us to check the haircut and immediately asked for the money. Avoid the lady; she has a serious attitude & communication issue as if she's deliberately rude.

I have been there yesterday which was Friday I went there 11:40 I waited for 1:40 and there was only 2 kids . That lady was very unprofessional she was gossiping with another women . And cutting too slow like just one pinch cut and stopped sizer in hand and talking for like long and then cutting another punch of the girl hair like she was just taking time so her shift ends .I came 1:40 again and she was still up to the 2nd baby and asked me to wait another 15 minute like seriously . This much unprofessionalism . I had 21 month old baby and I didn’t bring food with me to feed him as I didn’t knew this long time she will take she just wasted so much of my time I was so exhausted waiting as I just came to cut hair I keep coming back to check if she is done but she was still gossiping more than cutting . I finnaly did cutting today in just cute like she cut hairs in less than 10 minutes for my child . And the other laddies there was also so fast . If some one wants to cut hairs go to just cuts it’s downstairs near coles . The hair cut done was awesome at just cuts . Also they have switched their phone off some one can’t enquire if there is people in que or it’s busy . No professionalism at all .
