There was an immediate connection with Collier Homes the minute my wife and I stepped into their office. The Managing Director, Dario and his lovely wife, made it their personal prerogative in ensuring all our concerns and expectations were addressed. Everyone from Collier whom i ve dealt with were very professional, responsive, respectful and knowledgeable. Not forgetting humility. We installed precast panels for Collier Homes on custom build in North Perth in 2018. Working with the Amara family was nothing short of great experience. Alberto and his team were responsive, involved and respectful. The attention to detail throughout the build was second to none. I'd love to see more Collier Homes Custom builds like this.

Our first building experience was with Colliers. We had never gone through the building process before and from everything we had been told, we were expecting the it to be hard. However, we had a fantastic experience from start to finish with Colliers. When we met with Dario, all we had was a very preliminary sketch (on baking paper) of the layout of the house we wanted to build. Dario and the team at Collier's took our sketch and assisted us in making it a reality. The design process was effortless. Collier’s did all the heavy lifting and were always available to take our calls and come up with ideas to ensure we got all functionality we required (despite building on a narrow block) while maintaining design appeal.Similarly, the construction process was seamless. We had direct contact with the building supervisor, Alex Ingram, throughout the entire process. Alex was fabulous to deal with and went above and beyond to assist us with all of our building queries. In particular, he assisted with the coordination of the installation of the pool and the aggregate for the driveway (both of which was outside the scope of the building contract). The quality of the build was exceptional. There was a broad range of fittings and finishes on offer within the contract price and Collier’s was happy to accommodate our various requests for variations and assist us in sourcing substitute products.The entire team at Collier’s were knowledgeable and a delight to work with and operated like a tight-knit family. We loved the Italian hospitality we received from Dario and Susie, who always kept in contact with us throughout the process to ensure we were happy with how the build was progressing. The after build service has been exceptional and Collier’s continues to check in with us to date (even well after the conclusion of the build). To top it off, we found Collier's pricing to be very competitive given the high quality of the build. We have loved every moment in our new house, and we would not hesitate building with Collier’s again. We entirely enjoyed the process and found it quick, effortless and efficient.
