MercyCare Early Learning Centre Seville Grove

I was a bit worried for my daughter to send a child care, but now I am feeling better as my daughter love to stay there and participate on activities over there. I also can see pictures of her activities when I am at work. Many days centre service manager, Brittany gave her a cuddle to settle her at the beginning of the dayThanks for your support.

Our daughter has been here since she was 5 months old and loves coming. The educators have always taken time to listen to our concerns or try to copy what we've been focusing on at home.

My daughter Harper has been coming to mercy care Seville Grove since April. She had a hard time settling in but the educators have been so accommodating. They are like a second family to her and I love when I drop her off and she goes to the educators and gets cuddles. They have made her transition to daycare amazing and she loves it.

My twins have been attending the Seville Grove Mercycare daycare for about 2 years now and we all love the place! All the girls are fantastic, very kind, helpful and nurturing. What the twins have learnt there from them has been amazing. We are very happy with Mercy care and whole heartedly recommend the place.

My youngest daughter has been at Mercy Care Seville Grove since she was around 6months old, she has always had separation issues and the staff at Mercy care make the morning drop offs so much easier with their caring nature. I have watched my daughter grow into a bright and confident child, this would not of been possible without the lovely staff that care for my daughter.

Starting daycare was a daunting experience for not only myself but also for my 2 boys.The educators at Mercycare Seville Grove have been nothing but outstanding in helping my boys adjust and feel comfortable in their care.Seeing how happy they both are when I pick them up at the end of the day cements my feelings.I have seen my oldest create friendships and learn to be more outgoing.My youngest has undoubtedly gained so much from attending here. He is so independent now and I can see him developing beautiful bonds with the educators and other children.There is no doubt that I made the right decision in picking Mercycare to care for my boys <3

Our son has been at mercy Seville Grove for over a year now and every day he looks forward to playing with his friends there.The girls are lovely and very caring .We are Very happy to send our son there knowing he’s well looked after and having a great time with his friends.

Worse daycare imaginable. Nothing but issues with bookings, rude staff who literally treat you like dirt and scream at you when they mess up bookings and cancel your bookings by their own volition, unhygienic centre, poo smeared over the mirror and wall. Car park is very dangerous. So much more expensive than other centres so boring for the kids as not much to do. Wish I hadn't wasted my time here. Kids when bullied aren't cared about, nothing done when complaints made. Things stolen from children's bags. The only reason good reviews were left is due to a competition held last year.
