Sydney Wide Roof Repairs

Water leak tiled roof. Staff prompt and friendly. Problem was to repair a leaking roof. The repairman found problem and placed a tarpaulin as a temp fix. Was advised will still get leaking water for a time but will subside. Over 3 hours later still leaking the same rain the company and reaasured was normal. Over 5 and a half hours later leak was worse. Called a new company to look and found a broken tile was responsible and replaced in 10min. Tarpaulin did not cover the problem and was not temporarily fixed. Paid $990 for nothing. Not happy
