I attended an appointment with dr Santosh Parab today and was told to put ice and Bonjella on an infected abscess!!! I know what an infection can do to a person with a compromised immune system and heart murmur. I was flabbergasted receiving dr Santosh Parab medical" advice

Have been coming here for years. The most caring and helpful doctors around. Not only are they extremely professional but also very welcoming. Thank you Drs and staff for your great service.

While the nurses at this medical centre are A1 excellent -- so I can't, in good conscience, give a one-star review -- the reception staff could do with some serious re-training. I was on hold for 20min before giving up and leaving a voicemail, and incidentally I was not called back to follow this up. Having visited the centre in the past, I have never seen the receptionists so busy that they don't have an opportunity to take an incoming call. Don't waste your time trying to phone this centre.

Dr. Mozhgan Karimi is the most professional, caring, pleasant, efficient, diligent, proactive & meticulous GP, doctor I have ever met. I highly recommend Dr. Mozhgan Karimi as she does excellent work! both her & her team. She is an experienced professional doctor GP, who positively does go above & beyond for her patients.Her medical mgt communications, her expertise , her flexibility & comprehensiveness with the most basic & the most complex medical patient consultation is exemplary.Dr. Karimi always executes & completes everything instantly and she physically follows up or her medical team appropriately & effectively follow up accordingly.After having the same old Local GP, for over 30 yrs I was left feeling sad & in despair …my GP was very slow with next to no initiatives or interest in genuinely helping me..everything took years , with more repeated tests, leaving me in limbo for years…So, I had heard of Dr. Karimi & changed GPs instantly.Today I am very lucky to be alive because of Dr. Karimi’s genuine medical care with the exceptionally rare ability to proactively help effectively & instantly is an outstanding service.What Dr. Karimi did for me medically would have possibly taken my old gp another 30 years.I strongly recommend Dr. Karimi as she is the very best GP , doctor I have ever met. Always a pleasant experience when I visit the team at Belmore Medical. Whether it be seeing a GP for myself or my children, getting a blood test in Pathology upstairs and the Physio there is great when I need to get my rehab done.

Good doctors bad management. At least an hour wait even with appointments. Doctors appointments can only be done few weeks in advance. It opens late but the centre cannot be relied upon. For some cases people need to see a doctor on the day or next day and that's a lot of ask for them. I am going to look elsewhere for a better medical centre.

One of the best medical centres I’ve ever been to. Dr Jamal is hands down one of the best GPS, who truely cares for his patients and has helped me with my health.Everyone is so lovely and the nurses are wonderful!

Head to Enfield Medical instead of this mismanaged Medical Centre. Absolute waste of time. Scheduled an appointment in advance and had to wait 45 minutes to be seen by the Doctor. No ETA given, just the excuse that the Doctor is running late. While seated in reception, 2 patients walked in without an appointment and the receptionists were able to squeeze them in". Maybe the bookings were competently managed

I have never seen a more arrogant and unprofessional doctor. Dr Santosh Parab comes in 20 minutes late, spends 5 minutes in a consultation with me and says he has no way to believe that I had been diagnosed with influenza B in the previous week and therefore believes I am not sick. I told him that I had been admitted to hospital and I tried to tell him of my continuing symptoms and he told me to “eat more healthy” to get better, despite never asking what I was eating. Simply, he was horrible and implied that I just wanted time off work.
