Concept Electrics

Geelong is a big little town, and word gets around pretty quick. I wished I'd researched or even read reviews before we went into any sort of agreement with this Concept Electrical. They were contracted through DFH to do the electrical work on our new home. I asked if they'd do some additional electrical work well before we went to site, which they responded, via email, yes. We worked on a design, discussed components and promptly paid half the amount, as agreed. On rough in, we noted a couple placement of issues. This is where the fire started. Sent a respectful email, and was served back with tirade of abuse from the female office staff member, claiming we were auditing their work" "you shouldn't be on site anyway"

Knowledge and service were excellent. They were really helpful planning our electrical layout, moving points and lights for free rather than trying to over sell products and services we didn’t need

Even 1 star is pushing it..We recently built a new home and Concept was the contracted electricians. We asked for additional work to be done direct through this company.The customer service we received was terrible, the female Office Manager was extremely rude and abrupt, when we reviewed the planned works and made notes of things that weren't correct - we were told off for auditing their work"The fan switches we had paid for had not been installed - when I requested a refund for fan switches I was informed that they would need to do an inspection before they could refund.The email I received from Female Office Manager (copy & pasted)"Also

Absolutely the worst company to deal with. As the other comments have said, the receptionist is unbelievably rude and will lie to your face about conversations you have had with her.I'm building through a volume builder, which these guys are contracted to do the fit-out for, and engaged them to do a small extra job. Clearly they have enough work through these builders that they can afford to be rude to their clients as they don't need the extra business.Definitely would not recommend their services.

Office Staff were terrific in the organising of date & time around my limited availability. The Staff that attended were punctual, polite & respectful. Very happy with every aspect of this business, highly recommend

I wish i can give them -10 rating. Shocking, ridiculous,unprofessional people in this industry . I have called them about to inquire about the work they have done in our new house and the lady on phone (must be receptionist) talked with me so unprofessionally and rudely as if she didn’t have customer service skills!!I have asked her to talk with me nicely and she have refused and hang up the phone.That was so shocking how come they can talk with people so ridiculously. They should hire better characters as receptionist who can at least talk professionally and nicely ..Never ever recommend to anyone

Concept were extremely responsive to my call. The group of guys arrived - (led by Jackie) and were extremely professional. Absolutely recommend them...

Concept were the installers for our first home recently, and they did a marvelous job. We've only just had one issue with an led oyster light dying (7 months after install) and concept were very quick to send someone over to replace the faulty light. When I called, the receptist was super friendly and polite. The electrician was professional and friendly, and even cleaned the exhaust fan while he was there.Very happy with the standard of work and after sales support. Thanks guys

Concept is the only company that I would use.Chris and his team go out of their way to help the customer. His staff in reception always greet you with a hello and a smile to me Chris being hands on with us the customer is great. There only one Electrical company for me is Concept Geelong
