Strongly would recommend AGAINST this job provider. The manager Matt is rude, doesn't care that he is working with people with disabilities. I called up sick for an appointment, organising it for the next day, I was offered a morning appt and when I asked for a later time, Matt rudely replied with what's the issue with the morning". He then proceeded to give me the complete wrong number of his manager and the centrelink number to call to change provider. This was my first experience with this provider I feel so sorry with anyone with a disability worse than mine that has to deal with this place!"
