These guys backed a truck out of a business & into my car,..didn’t even see it coming,I’m a single mother of two,& they refuse to take the blame when it was obviously their fault. I now have to steel myself to try and fight them for 4000 dollars,an abomination,thought they would be more respectable than this

The young lady came here twice because we had tracking but it showed our solar batteries were still in QLD and Australia day was on the Thurs so she came back on Friday on time and muscles carried both at 37kilos each and put them on the front verandah .that's one tuff chick thankyou to her she was awesome

Have only had horrible experiences with this company, I live out of town and twice they have claimed to have “attempted delivery” and have never even tried, rather than contacting me and asking me to pick it up they sent my package straight back to sender and now the Christmas present I have ordered won’t even be here in time for next year, very disappointed and I would not recommend this service to anyone

I had a text message from midstate saying I had a parcel to collect and they don't travel out of area to deliver. To my surprise the parcel was had delivered at our door, which saved me a trip into town. Very grateful for the delivery. Thanks very much.
