The fan on our combustion heater failed. One email to BCB Sales & Service and it was sorted. John was outstanding in customer service. Posted my fan assembly from Sydney to Melbourne and had it completely overhauled. Returned promptly - all done in less than a week. Extremely easy to deal with. Highly recommend this company and John.

From the time we contacted BCB Sales & Service we were given polite, friendly service. John, who took our call, was extremely helpful. On realising we were from rural Victoria he outlined how he could help and what process to follow. This continued when on arrival at the factory after a 3 hour drive, my wife was given clear understanding of the repair, had the work prioritised as she was waiting and even given direction to a local cafe to wait while the repair of our fan took place. John once again provided outstanding customer service and was a great representative for BCB. Thanks for your help and thoroughly professional service.

John provided excellent service on the phone, knew the products inside out, answered all my difficult questions. I ordered the motor online and it arrived in Canberra the next day. Perfect product and freight. Excellent service from BCB. Would highly recommend and will use again.

Our fire fan died in the middle of a cold snap. John at BCB had a new one to us in a matter of days from Vic to rural NSW. Now we have an Aussie made fan motor and John also put an Aussie motor one in our old fan unit and sent it to us as a backup. Great advice, customer service and product. Thank you.

Full marks and heartfelt thanks to John and his team at BCB Sales & Service, Clayton, Vic for the way they dealt with the fan motor of our central heating system. Without prompting, they soon confirmed it was working and gave a short completion time to replace the bearings: then had it ready on time so we did not shiver for long. All at a very reasonable price. Service that only ancients like me remember.

The fan on my heater was not working and after speaking with John from BCB Sales & Service I posted it from Tenterfield NSW to Victoria on Friday. It arrived at its destination on the following Tuesday – 4.5 days later.The repairs were carried out and the fan was returned to me on the following Thursday – two days after it was received by BCB.Everyone to whom I have relayed my experience with BCB find it hard to believe that service such as this still exists in Australia today.My sincere thanks go out to John Catramados and all the staff at BCB for the incredible service I received from them. I would also like to say that the fan is working “like a dream” – just as John assured me it would.

Absolutely excellent service from the team at BCB.Rang up on a thursdee arvo to order a part and literally arrived within 24 hours. We are in the bush as well over 3 hours from Melbourne. Bloody ripper service and will definitely use again

Highly recommend BCB. We had a broken wood burner heater fan. We had a thorough chat about the problem over the phone where I was assured it could be repaired. I sent the fan off to them and it was fixed and back in the post within 48hrs. I was kept up to date with diagnosis, progress and cost all the way. Fantastic service. And so nice to be able to have something repaired instead of having to replace!
