The cottage Kennel is the only place we feel comfortable taking our puppy to. We really appreciate how kind the reception ladies are, they are happy providing updates over the phone and were honest with us about how she was going. We arranged photos to be sent, and were really impressed by how personal they were, the effort really made our holiday. Thank you so much.

Highly recommended. My Ziggy is a 2yo whippet who is extremely fit and muscular and runs many km per day. This was his first long term separation from me (4 weeks) since he was a puppy and I was worried how he would cope, but he has come back as fit as a fiddle and very happy. I was invited to inspect the grounds beforehand and he has clearly been looked after and exercised very well. Couldn't be happier.

Our family have been using the services of Cottage Kennels since 2021 for our beloved furbabies. We have a very anxious pup who is quite frightened everywhere she goes, however whenever we arrive at Cottage Kennels, she basically is jumping out of her skin and dragging us to the front door. The staff are all amazing and they keep us updated. Whenever we call as nervous parents to check on our girls nothing is ever a problem. Both of our pups are extremely fussy eaters and the staff always work together to ensure that our girls are fed, even if it means that they have to hand feed them. My husband and I can not recommend Cottage Kennels enough. We feel good knowing that our pups are well looked after when we are away.

I've been taking my pup to Cottage Kennels for years now and it's always been such a great experience. My pup basically arrives with an essay of instructions which is never a problem for the staff (yes I’m one of those dog Mums!) The staff are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, they truly care about the wellbeing of all the animals in their care. From the moment we enter the facility, we can tell that all needs are met with ease and efficiency - no question is too small or too silly! Cottage Kennels is definitely go-to place for doggy daycare or boarding - don't look anywhere else!

My dog Sonny spent two nights here recently. Having never stayed in a kennel I was quite nervous to leave him, however the staff were really lovely and reassuring. Sonny came home happy and healthy, which left me confident that he will be well cared for when he returns for a longer stay later this year.
