Great facility, the team are very caring and our little one loves going there. Drop off and pick up is very easy with lots of parking on the street.

A wonderful Centre with fabulous educators who are warm and caring and go out of their way for the children and parents.

Our son started in the baby room at app 18 months after having gone to a newly opened childcare and then a family day carer. Without going into the details, we thought that we must have had 'too high of hopes' when it came to childcare as there was always something that didn't sit right.When our son started at ELC at the Plateau, he loved it right away. The carers adore all the children (no favorites). They offer a great diversity when it comes to the carers from their age, personalities and cultural background ( we think this is important).We honestly feel like we hit jackpot with this centre. They have adopted a modern approach to their communication with parents, the menu each week is pretty amazing and cooked onsite. The children get to explore and they lead their own learning.They notice the little things, like if he's tired, or clingy, if he's missing his mum or if he's feeling especially adventurous - and they work around it.The Manager there is the bomb! She clearly supports her team and she loves all the kids. They grow their own herbs and vegies with the kids, the toys and activities are regularly rotated and they teach Spanish which is a massive bonus. Just the other day when i picked him up, i saw all the older kids very excited to help tidy up, they were probably more of a pain than a help but either way, the kids were happy because they felt they were helping.They seek feedback on how they can improve and they encourage us (families) to join in and contribute to their learning. We really love this centre and although we're still a long way off, it will be sad to leave when it's time. Because they aren't a big centre, they can invest the time to build such beautiful relationships with the families. Oh the other thing is that the staff seem to get on with each other, they speak well of each other and there is never any tension when we do pick up and drop offs - they are professionals and are completely invested in caring for our kids!I'm currently at work writing this and have just received an update on what my son's been upto today.. with photos and explanations on how this speaks to his developmental needs .... i'm reminded of how lucky we were to get him in!

Collaroy Plateau Early Learning center has been our family childcare for almost 3 years now. Both our children, whom have very different personalities have thrived here. In particular, my son was quite attached to us as parents when he first started, and cried at drop off, now truly enjoys his days spent here with the educators and peers. My daughter has developed fabulous language skills, and can count extremely well. It’s a pleasure to leave a 5star review for ELC because the center brings so much joy and peace of mind to my family’s lifestyle.

The educators are all so caring and do everything they can to accommodate not only the child's needs but the whole family units needs.

My daughter started at a young age which was hard for myself and my partner but the staff at Collaroy Plateau have been awesome and comforting. She is now almost two and is meeting all her milestones and goals thanks to the fun and educational activities planed throughout the day.
