I hate to rate the overall store based on the experience with one staff while all other staff were really good. One of the staff was very rude and indirectly make us feel that the store is really expensive and out of budget for us based on the casual clothing that we were wearing that day. I don’t want to be treated as “Customer is God” but treat everyone the same. I did want to answer that person very nicely but respected his age. Thats all. Never going back to that place.

I cannot thank David enough for his professional guidance. I had a rough idea on what I wanted in a wedding suit and didnt have to lift a finger until we figured it all out. I would recommend their service to everyone in the market for a decent suit.

Great service, high quality menswear

not even worth a rating but i had to select 1 star to publish this! these guys treated me so abominably, didn't even care when i was crying on the phone 4 days before my wedding because they sent the wrong clothes for my husband. Already they had given me false information regarding my order which i had visited their store more than 6 weeks before our wedding...admittedly it was over the christmas period but this doesn't excuse not telling me the truth and telling me multiple delivery dates when i found out later their supplier hadn't even sent it yet. then when the shipping was delayed they did nothing about contacting Australia Post, i had to spend hours on the phone finding it's whereabouts. Finally we receive the parcel and my fiance trys the shirt and the sleeves are too short, despite being told they had sourced me a long fit. and they simply don't care! haven't heard the word sorry come out of their mouth once...

WOW. Travelling from the north West coast and a limited visitor to menswear shops, I have been putting off this trip to purchase a new shirt. From the second I hit the floor of the shop I felt like a prince and was set upon by multiple salesmen that couldn't help enough. I was in and out in 5 minutes after the best experience clothes shopping I have ever had in 47 years. I will be back

First of all, i don’t like the vibe inside the store. No matter what a customer look like shouldn’t be judged… I wasn’t treated the same way when i bought the product and overpriced for the product.. i found same product for $300 cheaper.. It was a rip off..Better think before you buy here….Thanks to the staff who didnot tell me about the no refund policy.you have done a great job.Count this as a no star rating.

Excellent customer service. I bought a lovely burnt orange linen blazer here and couldn't be happier with the professionalism on their staff.

My partner bought a jacket from the Launceston store. We checked another store and found that the same jacket was available at a cheaper price. We decided to return the jacket, but when my partner went back to the store the next day, they told him about the no refund policy. We were not informed about the policy when we bought the jacket. Were we supposed to check their website even if we were in the store??? It was a very big amount at least for us. I think it would be better if they inform the customer about whatever policy they have during the checkout.When my partner went to return the jacket, he wasn’t treated the same way as the other day when he was buying it. We are disappointed with our experience with the company. The more disappointing part is that we need to return to the store to spend the store credit despite the experience we had before.
