Ordered an item, 2 weeks later it say dispatched but no tracking of the shipment. The customer has to follow-up all the time regarding the status, I still do not know if I am going to get my order.

So they got the first delivery half correct. But at least they had the rarity I was looking for and it was at an extremely good price. The delivery arrived last weekend so I rang them first thing on Monday. A lovely lady was genuinely apologetic. She just asked if I could send her a photo of the delivery. Fair enough and easy. An hour later I received an acknowledging email, apologizing again and advising the correct item would be dispatched asap.That was Monday, it's now Thursday 2pm and it's just arrived. And we're in a reasonably remote part of South Australia!!!Outstanding service.

I purchased the items on SALE from AGC and just right after i placed an order on the other website it was full price but cheaper then on AGC on SALE, i emailed the team immediately asking to cancel my order, unfortunately I did not read the full return policy description , so customer NEVER receive the refund- how convenient - even the order is just placed and never left the warehouse. The only thing I can get is the credit to my account where I will end up buying the same expensive stuff ))) so the customer stuck )))Please - check on the other websites prices first of the goods you want to buy and avoid being in the same situation as me

A regrettable decision to use agc for SHOP FITOUT hope anyone considering sees this first, as my family and I strongly advise against.Shop is 2 years old and falling apart (was falling apart a couple weeks in - leaks and adhesive coming undone). There are cracks in the grout all over the shop. Silicone was used all over and constantly coming apart. Shop was not built for its intention - hospitality. Poor design, poor quality of labour.They aren’t fixing it either. It’s a lot to spend on rubbish. Businesses and contractors that operate in this way need to be called out.

Just hope they care more for customers.We had $2k worth of plates, waited for over 2 weeks and still not arrived.Tried to make a call and they told us there was $4 outstanding, and we didnt know about it as there was some order adjustments between us and the customer service lady.We of course would love to pay $4 if at least you guys let us know.And no apology.
